NO CHANGE STATEMENT, NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING, PROPOSED NAME CHANGE OF THE COMPANY, AVAILABILITY OF THE BROAD-BASED
BLACK ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT ANNUAL COMPLIANCE REPORT AND CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are advised that the company’s integrated annual report, incorporating summarised consolidated financial
statements for the financial year ended 30 June 2017 and information regarding a proposed change of name of the company,
from “Rex Trueform Clothing Company Limited” to “Rex Trueform Group Limited” (“the proposed change of name”), was
dispatched today, Friday, 29 September 2017, and contains no changes from the condensed consolidated preliminary financial
results which were released on SENS on Friday, 8 September 2017.
The integrated annual report contains a notice of the annual general meeting of the company, which will be held at 10h00 on
Friday, 17 November 2017 at Rex Buildings, 263 Victoria Road, Salt River, Cape Town, to consider, inter alia, the relevant
special resolution to approve the change of name of the company. Salient dates with regard to the proposed change of name and
annual general meeting are set out below:

Expected date of issue of new replacement share certificates provided that the old
share certificates have been lodged by 12h00 on Friday, 15 December 2017* Monday, 18 December
CSDP and broker accounts of dematerialised shareholders are expected to be
updated on Monday, 18 December

* Share certificates received after this time will be posted within five days after receipt.

2. Share certificates in the name of Rex Trueform Clothing Company Limited may not be dematerialised or rematerialised

Shareholders are hereby notified that in accordance with the JSE Listings Requirements, the company’s annual compliance
report in terms of section 13G(2) of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act 53 of 2003 (as amended), has been
published and is available on the company’s website, www.rextrueform.com.
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement released by the company on Wednesday, 30 August 2017 and further
advised that HB Roberts, LK Sebatane and MR Molosiwa have been nominated for appointment as directors at the upcoming
annual general meeting by the nomination committee, further details of which can be found in the notice of annual general
meeting.
