distributed to shareholders today, 12 December 20176 and contain no modifications to the
audited condensed consolidated annual financial statements which were published on SENS
on 24 October 2017

Notice is hereby given that the AGM of the Company will be held at 35 Third Street, Wynberg,
Sandton on Wednesday, 14 February 2018 at 10h00 to transact the business as stated in the
notice of AGM, which forms part of the Integrated Report.
