EXTENSION OF TIME FOR POSTING OF THE CIRCULAR RELATING TO THE ACQUISITION OF PEMBURY
SANDTON


Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 21 February 2018
and the announcement relating to the delay in the publication of the Company’s
results dated 10 April 2018.

Shareholders are advised that the JSE has granted an extension of time for the posting
of the circular to shareholders in relation to the acquisition of the property known as
Pembury Sandton, for R159 million.

The Company is in the process of finalising its results for the year ended 31 December
2017 and the pro forma effects that will be included in the circular will be based on
these audited numbers.

Accordingly, the posting of the circular will be on or about 21 May 2018.
