RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Shareholders are advised that at the annual general meeting of shareholders held on Thursday, 3 May 2018 (in terms of the notice
dispatched on Wednesday, 28 February 2018) all the resolutions tabled thereat (other than ordinary resolution 8 being the general
authority to issue shares for cash which was not passed by the requisite majority of shareholders and ordinary resolution number
5.3 which was withdrawn as Robert Horton resigned as a director of the company with effect from 31 March 2018) were passed by
the requisite majority of shareholders.

Details of the results of voting at the annual general meeting are as follows:

-     total number of Consolidated Infrastructure shares in issue as at the date of the annual general meeting: 202 091 069
-     total number of shares that can be exercised at the annual general meeting after excluding 5 932 055 treasury shares:
      196 159 014
-     total number of Consolidated Infrastructure shares that were present/represented at the annual general meeting: 130 628 901
      being 67% of the total number of Consolidated Infrastructure shares that could have been voted at the annual general meeting.
