DISCLOSURE OF ACQUISITION OF SECURITIES

In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and Section 122(1) of the Companies Act,
No 71 of 2008, shareholders are advised that Withmore Investments 3 Proprietary Limited
(“Withmore Investments”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ingenuity, has notified Ingenuity that it has
acquired a beneficial interest in ordinary shares of the Company, such that the total beneficial
interest in Ingenuity securities held by Withmore Investments is now 5.58% of the total issued
Ingenuity securities, which securities are held as treasury shares.
