Shareholders are advised that following the recent changes to the Company's board of directors (the "Board"), as
previously announced on SENS and including the retirement of the current Chairman, Ms Phumzile Langeni, the Board
has implemented the following changes to its sub-committees with effect from 1 March 2026:
