Notice regarding the amendment due to decommissioning of the FTSE/JSE Shareholder Weighted (SWIX).
Noteholders are advised that with effect from 31 December 2025, the FTSE/JSE Shareholder Weighted (SWIX) indices
will be decommissioned and the calculation and dissemination of all SWIX indices will cease, and no related data files will
be available beyond this date.

As a result, all notes referencing the FTSE/JSE Shareholder Weighted (SWIX) switch to the equivalent vanilla indices,
FTSE/JSE Top40 Index.

The effective date of the change will be 31 December 2025. ASC148 will switch from the FTSE/JSE Shareholder Weighted
Top 40 Index to the FTSE/JSE Top40 Index.
