RESIGNATION OF AKSHAY KARAN, TERMINATION OF SERVICES PROVIDED BY TATUM WHEATLEY AND
DEFERRAL OF AQUIS ADMISSION AND PLACEMENT
Resignation of Akshay Karan and Termination of Services provided by Tatum Wheatley
Shareholders are referred to the announcement published on 1 September 2026 and 22 September 2026 and are
hereby advised that:
- Mr Akshay Karan, who was placed on precautionary leave of absence from his role as Chief Investment Officer
(“CIO”) of the Group, has resigned as an employee and CIO of the Group, with effect from 1 October 2026.
- the consulting engagement through which Mrs Tatum Wheatley provided services to the Group has been
terminated with effect from 25 October 2026.
The board of directors of the Company (the “Board”) has accepted Mr Karan’s resignation and Mrs Wheatley’s notice of
termination of her services.
Mr Karan’s and Mrs Wheatley’s reconsideration and related proceedings before the Financial Services Tribunal are
personal to them and continue independently of the Company.
Deferral of Aquis Admission and Placement
Shareholders are referred to the announcements published on 31 July 2026 and 14 August 2026, and are hereby
advised that the proposed admission to trading of ABC ordinary shares on the Access segment of the Aquis Growth
Market, together with the associated placing of ABC ordinary shares, have been deferred while the Company prioritises
the leadership changes and operational matters. The Company will update shareholders as appropriate.
With these leadership changes now being concluded, the Board remains focused on strengthening the Group’s
executive structure, maintaining operational continuity and positioning the business for its next phase of growth. Further
updates regarding the Group’s permanent leadership arrangements will be communicated in due course.
