ADMISSION TO SECONDARY TRADING VENUE ON BÖRSE FRANKFURT QUOTATION BOARD
The Company is pleased to advise shareholders that, with effect from 1 December 2025, its ordinary shares ("Shares")
will commence trading on the Börse Frankfurt Quotation Board, which operates within the Open Market segment of the
Frankfurt Stock Exchange, under the ticker "4BC". This arrangement provides global investors with an additional channel
to access ABC's Shares and is expected to enhance the Company's international visibility and reach.
The Börse Frankfurt Quotation Board is a specialist-driven trading venue within the Open Market (Freiverkehr). The
admission was facilitated by a licensed market specialist and enables secondary market trading of ABC's existing
Shares. No new Shares have been issued and no new capital has been raised.
In relation to the Börse Frankfurt Quotation Board and trading thereon, there is no foreign share register, no depositary
receipt structure, and no offshore custodial arrangement. All Shares traded on the Börse Frankfurt Quotation Board
remain settled and held within South Africa via the JSE and Strate systems. The JSE remains ABC's primary listing.
