Shareholders are advised that, regarding the 3,550,895 of the 5,874,504 ordinary shares held by Mr G Theron,
the dealings do not change the beneficial ownership as Mr G Theron remains the sole beneficiary of the
Dreamcatcher Trust. Furthermore and in terms of paragraph 4.34(e) of the JSE Listings Requirements these
3,550,895 ordinary shares are restricted shares and will be held in trust by the Dreamcatcher Trust's CSDP
and will remain subject to a trading restriction until 1 April 2026. In addition, no additional beneficiaries shall
be added to the trust, no distributions shall be made to the beneficiary and no amendments or additions to the
named beneficiaries shall be made prior to 1 April 2026.
