CHANGES TO THE BOARD – REMOVAL OF DIRECTOR



Shareholders are advised that the Board of Directors ("the Board") has resolved to remove
Mr Farook Paruk as a director of the Company with effect from 29 April 2026.

The decision follows a review by the Board of certain governance matters relating to Mr
Paruk. The Board further notes that Mr Paruk is currently the subject of an external
investigation. No conclusions have been reached at this stage and the Company will
update shareholders should further information become available.

The Board has taken this decision in the best interests of the Company and its
stakeholders, with a view to maintaining strong governance standards.

The Company will initiate the process to appoint a replacement director in due course.
