UNAUDITED CONDENSED CONSOLIDATED INTERIM FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 31 MARCH 2025

SALIENT FEATURES*

Revenue increased by 20% to R3 601 million, from R3 010 million in the six months ended 31 March 2024 ("Prior Corresponding Period").

Operating profit (before items of a capital nature)** increased by 234% to R205 million, from R61 million in the Prior Corresponding Period.

Headline earnings per share ("HEPS") increased by 244% to 74.8 cents, from 21.7 cents in the Prior Corresponding Period.

Earnings per share increased by 237% to 74.5 cents, from 22.1 cents in the Prior Corresponding Period.

No interim dividend has been declared for the six months ended 31 March 2025 (31 March 2024: Rnil).

** Income or expenditure of a capital nature in the statement of comprehensive income, i.e. all profit or loss items that are excluded in the calculation of
   HEPS. The principal item excluded under this measurement is the profit or loss on disposal of property, plant and equipment.
