PASSING OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER AND INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

It is with great sadness that the board of directors of Crookes Brothers ("Board") informs shareholders of the untimely
passing of Mr Nigel Naidoo on 7 March 2026 and Mrs Farzanah Mall on 5 March 2026.

Nigel joined Crookes Brothers in 2014 as an experienced financial manager and was appointed as Chief Financial
Officer and a director of the Board in May 2021. Nigel also served as a member of the Group's Social and Ethics
Committee. Nigel made a significant contribution to the Company over many years, and his dedication, professionalism
and steady leadership were deeply valued.

Farzanah joined the Board in 2021 and also served as Chairperson of the Group's Audit and Risk Committee and as a
member of the Group's Social and Ethics Committee. Farzanah was a respected member of the Board and her wise
counsel and contribution to the Board will be profoundly missed.

The Board extends its heartfelt condolences and deepest sympathies to Nigel and Farzanah's family, friends and
colleagues.
