AND B-BBEE CERTIFICATE

Premier is pleased to announce that it has retained its Level 4 B-BBEE contributor status following the conclusion of its B-
BBEE verification process for the 2025 financial year.

Shareholders are advised that in compliance with paragraph 16.21(g) and Appendix 1 to section 11 of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, the Company's 2025 annual compliance report in terms of section 13G(2) of the Broad-Based Black Economic
Empowerment Amendment Act, No 46 of 2013, has been submitted to the B-BBEE Commission and the Company's latest
compliance report and B-BBEE certificate are available on the Company's website at:
