Distribution finalisation announcement for the period ended 31 December 2025

The Manager and Trustees (being FirstRand Bank Ltd acting through RMB Custody and Trustee
Services) of the Allan Gray ETF Collective Investment Scheme have not declared a distribution to
holders of AGOGB securities ("investors") as the income accrued during the period from the launch of
AGOGB on 11 December 2025 to 31 December 2025 was not sufficient to justify a distribution. In the
best interests of investors, this amount will be carried forward and included in the next distribution.
