AVAILABILITY AND DISTRIBUTION OF THE INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT AND NOTICE OF
THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

1. Availability and Distribution of the Integrated Annual Report

Shareholders are advised that the electronic version of the Company's Integrated Annual Report for
the year ended 30 September 2025, which includes extracts of the Summarised Consolidated Results
for the year ended 30 September 2025 as well as the Notice of the Annual General Meeting, is
available on the Company's website at https://www.webuycars.co.za/investors/integrated-reports.
The Audited Consolidated and Separate Annual Financial Statements for the year ended 30 September
2025 were published on 17 November 2025 and are available on the Company's website at
https://www.webuycars.co.za/investors/financial-results. Hard copies of the Integrated Annual
Report or the Audited Consolidated and Separate Annual Financial Statements for the year ended 30
September 2025 may be requested via email at pietervo@webuycars.co.za.

Shareholders are further advised that the Notice of the Annual General Meeting and the Integrated
Annual Report for the year ended 30 September 2025 have been distributed to shareholders today,
23 January 2026.

2. Notice of the Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of shareholders of the Company will be held
virtually, by electronic participation on Thursday, 19 February 2026 at 10h00. Details of electronic
participation at the meeting are included in the Notice of the Annual General Meeting.

Any shareholder (or a representative or proxy for a shareholder) who wishes to participate and/or
vote at the Annual General Meeting should:
   i.   Register using the online registration portal at www.meetnow.global/za prior to the
        commencement of the AGM; or
  ii.   Complete the electronic participation application form included in the Integrated Annual
        Report and email same to Computershare at proxy@computershare.co.za, by 10:00 on Tuesday,
        17 February 2026.
