New Development Bank - Change of Auditor

In accordance with paragraph 6.15 of the JSE Limited Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements,
New Development Bank advises that KPMG Huazhen LLP has been appointed as the independent external
auditor of the Issuer replacing Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Certified Public Accountants LLP with effect from
01 January 2026.

The change in the external auditor is as per the internal norms of the Issuer to affect periodic rotation of
the external audit firm and complies with requirements specified in paragraphs 6.11 and 6.12 of the JSE
Limited Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements.
