In compliance with paragraphs 3.63 to 3.74 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the
following information is disclosed:

African Monarch 710 Investments Proprietary Limited ("African Monarch") is declaring a dividend in
specie of Sea Harvest shares to Robatsi Genesis Investments 26 Proprietary Limited ("Robatsi
Genesis").

Mr Robertson is a 25% shareholder in African Monarch via Robatsi Genesis. Mr Robertson furthermore
indirectly owns 100% in Robatsi Genesis via the Robatsi Family Trust of which Mr Robertson is a trustee
and a beneficiary.

As a result of the dividend in specie, Robatsi Genesis will receive 50 000 Sea Harvest Shares.
