DEALING IN KAL GROUP SHARES
GMS Beleggings (Edms) Bpk (“GMS Beleggings”), a family entity and associate of
KAL Group chairperson, Mr GM Steyn, previously held 38 359 ordinary shares in the Company. As part of
the diversification of the family’s financial exposure, GMS Beleggings has restructured its shareholding in
KAL Group by transferring all KAL Group shares held by it to an investor fund, in exchange for units in that
fund. As a result, GMS Beleggings will continue to have an exposure to KAL Group, albeit indirectly via the
fund.
