CHANGE TO DIRECTOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Shareholders are advised, in accordance with the provisions of
paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, of the following
change to director responsibilities pertaining to the JSE Board
("Board").

Ms T Brewer has been appointed as a member of the Group Risk
Management Committee of the Board, effective 2 January 2026. As an
independent non-executive director of the JSE, Ms Brewer will
continue to serve on the Group Audit and Group Investment Committees
of the Board.
