CONSENT FROM NOTEHOLDERS
Noteholders are referred to the notice of request for written consent released by Emira on SENS on 6
February 2026 (the "Consent Notice") in which the Extraordinary Resolutions set out below were
proposed. Emira confirms the voting results from the Consent Notice were as follows:

Following the above voting results, both Extraordinary Resolution Number 1 and Extraordinary
