AVAILABILITY OF THE GUARANTORS' FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

Capital Propfund Proprietary Limited and Fortress Income 3 Proprietary Limited (collectively, the Guarantors) are guarantors under Fortress ZAR20 000 000 000 Domestic Medium Term Note Programme. 

Noteholders are advised that the annual financial statements of the Guarantors for the year ended 
30 June 2026 (collectively, the financial statements) are available for inspection through a secure electronic manner, at the election of the person requesting inspection. 

The audit reports issued on the Guarantors' financial statements were unqualified, with no modifications applicable.
