Early redemption of IPF35 notes and interest payment notification

Burstone has exercised its call option and will redeem all of the IPF35 Notes in terms of item 38 of the
Applicable Pricing Supplement, pursuant to the terms and conditions set out in Burstone's Domestic
Medium Term Note Programme dated 11 August 2022, as follows:
