NOTIFICATION OF AN UPDATE TO THE ISSUER DISCLOSURE DOCUMENT

Noteholders are advised that Sasol has updated the Issuer Disclosure Document referred to in the
ZAR15,000,000,000 Domestic Medium Term Note Programme (the "Programme"), pursuant to which the
Issuer may from time-to-time issue notes on the terms and conditions set out in the Programme.

A summary of the changes effected in the Issuer Disclosure Document include:

    •   Update to the list of directors of the Issuer;
    •   Update to the legal proceedings of the Issuer;
    •   Update to the list of the Guarantor's directors;
    •   Contact details of the Guarantor's Company Secretary;
    •   Minor changes to the Guarantor's board of committees;
    •   Issuer's auditor was updated;
    •   JSE Debt Sponsor of the Issuer was updated;
    •   Additional Dealer was added; and
    •   Further minor updated and / or clean-up changes pursuant to the JSE DSS Requirements and
        ongoing regulatory reform.


The updated Issuer Disclosure Document and the Programme Memorandum dated 7 October 2022 is
available on the Issuer's website at https://www.sasol.com/investor-centre/debt-investors/.
