DISCLOSURE OF CHANGE IN SIGNIFICANT HOLDING IN RMH ORDINARY SHARES

In compliance with Section 122(1)(a) and Section 122(2)(b)(i) of the Companies Act, No.
71 of 2008 ("Companies Act") and Section 6.54 of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, AttBid (Pty) Ltd ("AttBid") hereby notifies RMH that it has acquired
additional issued ordinary shares of RMH ("RMH Shares"), resulting in AttBid's beneficial
interest increasing to 10.02% of the Company's 1 392.9 million issued ordinary shares.

As required by Section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, the Company has submitted the
necessary notification to the Takeover Regulation Panel.

RMH shareholders are reminded that Atterbury Property Fund Proprietary Limited ("APF")
is a concert party of AttBid, as disclosed in the firm intention announcement released on
SENS on 9 February 2026 regarding the initial offer by AttBid to acquire all of the ordinary
issued shares of RMH (other than those shares held by APF and the treasury shares).
Shareholders are further referred to the joint dealings' announcement, the most recent of
which was published on 7 April 2026, which disclosed that, as at that date, APF and AttBid
held 32.77% and 9.82% of the RMH Shares in issue, respectively.

RMH shareholders are also further referred to the announcement released on 8 April 2026
relating to the issue of the combined offer circular by the Company and AttBid, detailing the
mandatory offer by AttBid to acquire all of the RMH Shares not already held by APF and
excluding treasury shares, for a cash consideration of R0.47 per RMH Share.

The board of directors of RMH accepts responsibility for the information contained in this
announcement as it relates to the Company and confirms that, to the best of its knowledge
and belief, such information relating to RMH is true and that this announcement does not
omit anything likely to affect the importance of such information.
