PARTICIPATION IN GENERAL MEETING AND ELECTION TO ACCEPT OFFER
Shareholders are referred to the announcements relating to the Offer and Proposed Delisting released on SENS
on 27 October 2025 and 17 November 2025. Using the terms defined therein, Shareholders are reminded that
the General Meeting to consider and vote on the resolutions set out in the notice convening the General Meeting
will be held at 11:00 (SA time) on Wednesday, 17 December 2025.
Attendance of General Meeting
Shareholders who wish to attend the General Meeting are reminded to register on the Company's website at
https://astoria.mu/ and are encouraged to submit their voting instructions in accordance with the procedure
set out in the Circular (available at https://astoria.mu/investor-relations/).
Acceptance of offer
Shareholders wishing to accept the Offer (and to be paid a fair price of R8.15 per Astoria Share), must notify
their brokers before 12:00 (SA time) on Friday, 2 January 2026.
Astoria has primary listings on the SEM and the Alternative Exchange of the JSE.
This announcement is issued pursuant to SEM Listing Rules 11.3 and Rule 5(1) of the Securities (Disclosure
