Partial Redemption of RWDVF Securities

The JSE has approved the partial redemption of 700,000 RWDVF securities with effect from today, at
an issue price of approximately R10.80 per security.


Following the redemption of the 700,000 securities, there will be 2,000,000 RWDVF securities in
issue.
