Toronto, April 28, 2026 – Aimia Inc. (TSX: AIM) will announce its first quarter 2026 financial
results for the period ended March 31, 2026 on Tuesday, May 13, 2026.

Aimia's financial results are expected to be released at approximately 6:00 am ET (1:00 pm SAST)
followed by a live presentation by management via a webcast and teleconference call at 8:30 am
ET (3:30pm SAST) the same day.

Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
Aimia will host its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders ("the Meeting") on May 13, 2026 in
Toronto. Shareholders will be asked to vote on a number of items including the election of directors.
Management nominees consist of: Rhys Summerton, Robert Feingold, Steve Leonard, Thomas
Little, and Muhammad Asif Seemab.

Aimia's Management Information Circular, which includes details of the business to be conducted
at the Meeting and voting instructions for eligible shareholders, was sent to shareholders of record
as at March 27th. Aimia's AGM materials can also be found at https://www.aimia.com/investor-

Shareholder voting instructions for the 2026 Meeting must be received by Aimia's transfer agent,
TMX Trust, before 10:30 am ET (5:30 pm SAST) on May 11, 2026. Aimia shareholders unable to
attend the meeting in person are encouraged to participate online from the details below.
