Appointment of Company Secretary

Further to the announcement made on 6 May 2026, the board is pleased to announce
that in compliance with Section 6.71 to 6.76 of the JSE Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised that Juba Statutory Services ("JSS") has been appointed as
Company Secretary with effect from 1 August 2026.

JSS is represented by their founding member, Sirkien van Schalkwyk (BLC, LLB) who
has 25 years of company secretarial experience servicing both listed and large private
companies.

The Board has considered Sirkien's qualifications and experience and is satisfied that
she has the requisite knowledge and experience to fulfil the role of Company Secretary.

JSS will succeed Jenny Lupton, whose contract will terminate on 31 July 2026.

The Board welcomes JSS and Sirkien and looks forward to their contribution to the
Company.
