UPDATED TRADING STATEMENT


In terms of paragraph 6.26 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, companies are required to publish a trading
statement as soon as they are satisfied that a reasonable degree of certainty exists that the financial results for
the period to be reported on will differ by 20% or more from the financial results for the previous corresponding
period.

Shareholders are referred to announcement published on SENS on 12 June 2026, wherein the Company advised
that basic earnings per share for the year ended 28 February 2026 was anticipated to be between 5.3 cents and
6.7 cents, compared to the basic loss per share of 7.1 cents for the previous corresponding period, which
represents an expected increase in excess of 100%.

The headline earnings per share for the year ended 28 February 2026 was anticipated to be between 10.9 cents
and 11.5 cents compared to the headline loss per share of 2.8 cents per share for the previous corresponding
period, which represents an expected increase in excess of 100%.

The Company hereby advises that, based on the latest available financial information, it now expects basic
earnings per share of between 5.6 cents and 7.0 cents, compared to the basic loss per share of 7.1 cents for the
previous corresponding period, which represents an expected increase in excess of 100%.

Expected headline earnings per share of between 9.9 cents and 10.5 cents compared to the headline loss per
share of 2.8 cents per share for the previous corresponding period, which represents an expected increase in
excess of 100%.

The financial information on which this trading statement is based has been reviewed and audited by the
Company's auditors.

The annual results for the year ended 28 February 2028 will be released on SENS on Tuesday 23 June 2026.
