In accordance with paragraphs 6.5 and 6.7 of the JSE Limited Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements, noteholders are advised that the audited annual financial statements of Discovery Vitality Proprietary Limited and Discovery Health Proprietary Limited (collectively the "Guarantors") for the year ended 30 June 2026 are available on the Issuer's website at https://www.discovery.co.za/corporate/additional-material.

Noteholders are advised that the Guarantors' annual financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2026 have been audited by their independent external auditors, who expressed unmodified audit opinions on the annual financial statements.
