NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE IN BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES

The Company has received notice from Royal Bank of Canada, through its
subsidiary, RBC Global Asset Management Inc. that its beneficial interest in ordinary
shares in the Company has increased to 5.0024% of the ordinary shares in issue.

The increase in holding is due to a reduction of the Company's issued share capital
and does not arise from the acquisition of additional shares.

The Company will file the required notice with the Takeover Regulation Panel, per
section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, 2008.

The board of directors accepts responsibility for the information contained in this
announcement, and to the best of their knowledge and belief, that information is true,
