UPDATED TRADING STATEMENT

Shareholders are referred to the Trading Statement published on SENS on 25 May 2026
and are advised of the following changes thereto, which arose following further
adjustments to the financial statements.

- the basic loss and diluted basic loss per share is expected to be (101) cents, reflecting
  a decline of more than 100% compared to the earnings and diluted basic earnings
  per share of 148 cents for the year ended 28 February 2025; and
- the headline loss and diluted headline loss per share is expected to be (90) cents,
  reflecting a decline of more than 100% compared to the headline loss and diluted
  headline loss per share of (23) cents for the year ended 28 February 2025.

Shareholders are advised that the financial information on which this announcement
and trading statement is based is the responsibility of the Board and has not been
reviewed or reported on by the Company's auditors. The Group's financial results are
expected to be released on SENS on or about 24 June 2026.
