UPDATE REGARDING FINALISATION OF SPECIAL DIVIDEND DECLARED ON 2 MARCH 2026

Further to the announcement of the JSE's Summarised consolidated annual
financial results and ordinary and special cash dividend declarations for
the year ended 31 December 2025, released on the Stock Exchange News Service
of the JSE on Monday, 2 March 2026, shareholders are advised that approval
has been obtained for the special dividend from the South African Reserve
Bank.

Apart from the early finalisation of the special dividend today, Wednesday,
11 March 2026 the salient dates in respect of both the ordinary and special
dividends, as announced on Monday, 2 March 2026, remain unchanged.
