NOTIFICATION OF AMENDMENTS TO THE ISSUER'S NOMINATION POLICY

In accordance with paragraph 7.8 of the JSE Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements, Toyota
Financial Services hereby advises noteholders that the policy dealing with the process for the nomination and
appointment of directors of the Issuer titled "Nomination Policy" has been amended.
