NOTIFICATION OF DIRECTOR'S DECLARATION INTEGRITY INFORMATION

Shareholders of Quantum Foods ("Shareholders") are referred to the results of annual general meeting ("AGM")
announcement published on SENS on Friday, 27 March 2026 wherein Shareholders were advised, inter alia, that the
ordinary resolutions pertaining to the nomination of Messrs John Gavin Hudson, Sean Bernard Cowper Johnson and
William Robert Dobbie as directors of the Company were approved by the requisite majority of votes cast by
Shareholders present or represented by proxy at the AGM.

In compliance with paragraph 6.74 of the JSE Listings Requirements, the Company confirms that, following receipt of
the completed director's declarations in terms of Schedule 1 to the JSE Listings Requirements in respect of
Messrs Hudson, Johnson and Dobbie, there are no positive statements to report in respect of the integrity information
contained in their respective directors' declarations.
