AVAILABILITY OF THE ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 30 JUNE 2025
Further to the announcement released by the City of Tshwane on the availability of the audit report for
the year ended 30 June 2025 on 4 December 2025, City of Tshwane advises noteholders that the Audit
Report and the Consolidated Annual Financial Statements for the 2024/25 financial year have been
tabled at Council. There were no changes to the details of the Audit Report.
The Audit Report and the Consolidated Annual Financial Statements will be made available on the City's
website on Monday, 02 February 2026. A further announcement will be released once the documents are
made available.
