AVAILABILITY OF BROAD-BASED BLACK ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT
ANNUAL COMPLIANCE REPORT


Shareholders are hereby notified that in accordance with the JSE Listings Requirements, the
Company’s annual compliance report in terms of section 13G(2) of the Broad-Based Black
Economic Empowerment Act 53 of 2003 read with the Broad-Based Black Economic
Empowerment Amendment Act 46 of 2013, the Company’s BEE certificate, which is valid
for the 2026/2027 period, is available on the Company’s website, www.areitprop.co.za.

Shareholders are further advised that the Company’s B-BBEE verification certificate, which
remains valid until January 2027, has likewise been published on the Company’s website at
the address set out above.

The Company is in the process of finalising the submission of its annual compliance report
to the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Commission in accordance with section
13G(2) of the B-BBEE Act. Shareholders will be advised by way of a further announcement
once the submission has been completed.

The Company’s Social and Ethics Committee retains oversight of the Company’s
employment equity and B-BBEE compliance, and reporting on B-BBEE compliance has been
incorporated into the Committee’s workplan for the 2026/2027 period.
