RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The board of directors of the Company ("the Board") advises shareholders
that Mr AM Thebyane has resigned as a non-executive director and the
Chairman of the Remuneration, Nomination and Appointments Committee
with effect from 30 April 2024. Mr Thebyane has been a member of the
Board since December 2010, and a member and the Chairman of the
Remuneration, Nomination and Appointments Committee since September
2012 and July 2019, respectively.

We take this opportunity to express our gratitude to Mr Thebyane and
thank him sincerely for his considerable contribution during his tenure
and we offer our best wishes to him for the future.
