TRP121 Retraction - Notice of an acquisition of beneficial interest in WBHO securities by Old Mutual
Limited ("Old Mutual")

Shareholders are advised that Old Mutual has retracted the formal notification received, in terms of
section 122 of the Companies Act, 71 of 2008 ("the Act"), in reference to an acquisition of beneficial
interest such that its total interest in the Company's ordinary shares increased to 5.42%. The retraction
is due to an administrative error in respect of Old Mutual's daily holdings file.

This release serves as a correction to the announcement released on 3 June 2026.

The board of directors accepts responsibility for the information contained in this announcement, and
to the best of their knowledge and belief, that information is true, and this announcement does not
omit anything likely to affect the importance of the information included.
