NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE IN AUDITOR


In compliance with paragraph 6.41 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are hereby advised that, following a formal audit tender process, the Audit
Committee of the Company has recommended the appointment of Deloitte as external auditor
of the Company, replacing KPMG Incorporated (“KPMG”) as the Company’s external auditor.
This appointment will take effect in the 2027 financial year which commences on 1 October
2026.

This change was initiated by the Company on a voluntary basis, following the Audit
Committee’s decision to undertake a formal review. Following the conclusion of this process
and based on the Committee’s assessment, Deloitte was identified as the preferred candidate.

Shareholders will be requested to approve the appointment of Deloitte at the Company's 2027
annual general meeting, details of which will be communicated to shareholders in due course.

The Board thanks KPMG for its professionalism throughout its tenure as the Company’s
external auditor.
