RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY

In compliance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby advised
that Phillip Venter Attorneys have resigned as Copper 360's company secretary with effect from 16 March 2026 due to a
strategic realignment of the firm's service offerings.

The board of directors has commenced a process to appoint a new company secretary. A further announcement in this
regard will be released on SENS in due course.
