preference shares (the "Preference Shares")

Declaration of dividend number 2

Notice is hereby given that preference dividend number 2 has been declared from retained earnings for
the period from 20 March 2024 to and including 19 June 2024 amounting to 168,086.26849 ZAR cents
per Preference Share payable to the Preference Shareholders as recorded in the books of Investec
Bank (Mauritius) Limited ("the Company") at the close of business on Friday, 14 June 2024.

The relevant dates relating to the payment of dividend number 2 are as follows:

    exemptions or reductions in terms of Double Tax Agreements as legislated) equal to 33,617.25370
    ZAR cents per Preference Share
•   Preference Shareholders who are exempt from paying the Dividend Tax will receive a gross
    dividend of 168,086.26849 ZAR cents per Preference Share
•   Preference Shareholders who are not exempt from paying the Dividend Tax will receive a net
    dividend of 134,469.01479 ZAR cents per Preference Share.
