FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE DECLARATION OF A SPECIAL DIVIDEND
Shareholders are referred to the declaration announcement released on SENS on Friday, 26 January
2024. The announcement referred to a payment of a special dividend, subject to Exchange Control
approval. The Group is now able to confirm that Exchange Control approval has been obtained.
Accordingly, payment of the special dividend will proceed in accordance with the timetable below.
Shareholders attention is drawn to the following salient dates:
Last day to trade (cum dividend) Tuesday, 13 February 2024
Trading ex dividend commences Wednesday, 14 February 2024
Record date Friday, 16 February 2024
Payment date Monday, 19 February 2024
Share certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between Wednesday, 14 February 2024
and Friday, 16 February 2024, both dates inclusive.
