PREPARED COMMENTS FROM RAC SHAREHOLDERS MEETING
At a directors meeting with participating preference shareholders, which was held directly after the
Company’s Annual General Meeting on 26 July 2023, the following prepared comments were
shared with attendees. In the interest of sharing the information equally with all shareholders, the
statement is also published on SENS.
This statement, together with a recording of the meeting will be made available on the RAC website

Goldrush
Goldrush has seen trade recover somewhat during the first four months of the new financial year,
as customers adjusted to slightly reduced occurrences of blackouts, while own power generation
has been resolved.
Both the Bingo and LPM divisions have generated revenue in line with the same period last year
and costs are controlled accordingly. The Retail Sports Betting and Online divisions have both
experienced stronger trading results, leading to the overall group trading being slightly ahead of
the same period last year – both on turnover and profit levels.
