CHANGES TO THE GROUP BOARD

In terms of section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
the Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Thetele Emmarancia
Mashilwane as an Independent Non-executive Director to the Group Board as
well as a member of the Group Audit Committee, Group Risk Committee and Group
Social and Ethics Committee, with effect from 1 December 2023.

Ms. Mashilwane is a qualified Chartered Accountant (South Africa), Registered
Auditor and the co-founder and CEO of MASA Auditors. Ms. Mashilwane boasts
a wealth of financial services experience and was, amongst others, recognised
as the 2022 ABASA Entrepreneur of the Year as well as a finalist for
Entrepreneur of the Year at the Standard Bank 2021 Top Women annual awards.
Ms. Mashilwane previously served as a non-executive director on the board of
directors of, amongst others, Capitec Bank Limited as well as Murray & Roberts
Holdings Limited and currently also serves as a non-executive director on
the board of directors of Tiger Brands Limited.

The Company welcomes Ms. Mashilwane and looks forward to her contribution to
the Group.
