PROPOSED RELATED PARTY ACQUISITION BY TELEMEDIA PROPRIETARY LIMITED: UPDATE ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 21 September 2023 (the "21 September 2023
Announcement"), wherein the Company advised that Telemedia Proprietary Limited, a subsidiary of Rex Trueform,
had entered into two sale of rental enterprise agreements with Telelet Proprietary Limited and The Bretherick Family
Trust with regard to a portfolio of rental enterprises (and accompanying immovable properties) as described in the
21 September 2023 Announcement (the "Proposed Acquisition"). The Proposed Acquisition was subject to the
approval of shareholders in general meeting.
As the shareholder general meeting has not yet been held, shareholder approval has not been obtained and the agreements
in this regard have lapsed. Accordingly, the Company will not be proceeding with the Proposed Acquisition at this stage.
