RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE TWELVE MONTHS ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2023

Shareholders are referred to the short-form reviewed financial results
announcement for the twelve months ended 31 December 2023 released on the
Stock Exchange News Services on 22 February 2024 ("Announcement") and are
advised that the JSE cloudlink embedded URL, contained in the Announcement,
did not validate correctly.

The corrected JSE URL for the condensed consolidated financial statements
of Gold Fields for the year ended 31 December 2023 ("full results") is
