TRADING STATEMENT AND PUBLICATION DATE OF FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED
31 DECEMBER 2023

In terms of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, a listed company is required to publish a trading statement
as soon as it becomes reasonably certain that the financial results for the next period to be reported on will
differ by 20% or more from the financial results for the previous corresponding period.

The STADIO Group utilises core headline earnings to measure and benchmark the underlying performance of
the business. Core headline earnings represents headline earnings adjusted for certain non-recurring items
that, in the view of the Company's board of directors ("Board"), may distort the financial results from period to
period.

Shareholders are advised that a reasonable degree of certainty exists that, for the year ended
31 December 2023:

•     Core headline earnings per share ("Core HEPS") will be between 23.6 cents and 25.7 cents, being
      between 14.1% and 24.1% higher than the Core HEPS of 20.7 cents reported for the year ended
      31 December 2022.
•     Earnings per share ("EPS") will be between 23.5 cents and 25.5 cents, being between 20.7% and 30.7%
      higher than the EPS of 19.5 cents reported for the year ended 31 December 2022.
•     Headline earnings per share ("HEPS") will be between 23.5 cents and 25.5 cents, being between 17.6%
      and 27.6% higher than the HEPS of 20.0 cents reported for year ended 31 December 2022.

The financial information on which this trading statement is based, has not been reviewed or reported on by
the Company´s external auditors.

The financial results for the year ended 31 December 2023 are expected to be published on or about Monday,
18 March 2024.
