TRADING STATEMENT

GPI is currently finalising its results for the period ended 31 December 2023, which will be
published on or about 20 March 2024.

In terms of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, a listed company is required to publish a
trading statement as soon as it becomes reasonably certain that the financial results for the
period to be reported on next will differ by 20% or more from the financial results for the
previous corresponding period.

The Company hereby advises that a reasonable degree of certainty exists that for the period
ended 31 December 2023:

    -   headline earnings per share for the Group will be between 10.91 cents and 12.89
        cents, representing an improvement of between 11% and 31% compared to the
        headline earnings per share for the group of 9.86 cents reported for the period ended
        31 December 2023; and

    -   earnings per share for the Group will be between 10.82 cents and 12.80 cents,
        representing a movement of between 9% and 29% compared to the earnings per share
        for the Group of 9.93 cents reported for the period ended 31 December 2023.

The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed or
reported on by the auditor of the Company.
